To report a repair
Please contact our Customer Service Centre
Telephone 0345 8 500 500. This number is charged at local rate. Select Option 1 To report a repair or ask about an existing repair. Overnight, between the hours of 8pm and 8am, this number should only be used to report emergency repairs. An emergency is usually something which presents an immediate risk to safety, security or health e.g. burst pipes, damage following a break in.
Open 24 hours a day every day for emergency communal repairs; for all other enquiries 7 days a week from 8:00am – 8:00pm. Calls are all charged at local rates.
