Find and compare landlords
 
Ever wondered if you are getting a fair deal from us or how we compare to other landlords in your area? Help is now at hand from the national social housing regulator, the Tenant Services Authority. It’s new free web tool lets you compare the performance of housing associations where you live – all you have to do is enter your postcode.

The website lets you compare us to other landlords in your local authority area. You will find the average rent charged in the area. You will also find a comparison of resident satisfaction with your landlord overall, with the repairs service and the extent to which we take your views into account.

A couple of comments: you will find us listed under our official name of Heart of England Housing Association rather than Orbit Heart of England. Whilst the figures for rent vary with local authority area, the other satisfaction figures are for Orbit Heart of England as a whole, not just residents in a particular local authority area.
