We’re not just about investing in quality homes. We want to make a positive difference to our residents' lives and our Community Investment Fund is one way of doing this. We welcome applications from community groups, voluntary organisations and charities for grants of up to £10,000 per project from an overall fund of £100,000 for this financial year. To qualify for this funding your project must benefit Orbit Heart of England residents within their community. Please contact us to get details of where our homes and main neighbourhoods are. It should also address one or more of the following issues

To speed up the application process we suggest you complete the application electronically in Word format if you are able to do so. In every instance we strongly advise you to call Helen Kendrick or Simon Lieberman on 0345 8 500 500 to discuss your project before you complete the application form. There are two application forms for funding depending on the amount of money you are applying for. Before starting your application you will need to contact the Orbit Heart of England housing team to ensure your project meets Orbit’s community investment priorities locally.
